GoldMine AI is a SaaS idea validation platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze public discussions on social media platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to identify market opportunities and validate business ideas. The Service provides:

  • Competitor analysis and trend tracking
  • Email alerts and reporting features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

All fees are in USD and must be paid in advance. We accept payment via credit card and other methods as displayed during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscriptions.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

You agree NOT to:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDMINE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldMine AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
